FET for LITELINK™ phone line interface IC:

The CPC5602 and CPC5603 devices are N-channel depletion mode Field Effect Transistors (FET) that utilizes our proprietary third generation vertical DMOS process which realizes world class, high voltage MOSFET performance in an economical silicon gate process.

Both devices have a typical on-resistance of 8 Ohm, a drain-to-source voltage of 350V or 415V, and they are available in SOT-223 package.

The primary application for the CPC5602/CPC5603 devices is as a linear regulator/hook switch for the LITELINKTM family of Data Access Arrangements (DAA) Devices CPC5620A, CPC5621A, and CPC5622A
